Description
The forceps Magill are a type of medical instrument used for a variety of purposes, such as intubation and gastric tube insertion. They are also used to remove foreign bodies from the airway or pharynx, and to place pharyngeal packs (such as for bleeding). The twin-bladed tong-like forceps are designed to be grasped by the user, and the ends are rounded for easy gripping. The inflatable design allows for better visibility of the airway, and the open and closed end design aids in gripping different materials.
